Description 1960’s Cocktail dress, Gold Lurex, with detachable over-skirt, Handmade, size 12 How stunning is she! This quirky design was a popular look in the 60’s for evening wear, having a detachable over-skirt. she looks great without it too. Handmade to perfection. The original owner was long in her torso, this one measures 44cm from the shoulder to the waist. Consequently, with both our real life model and the mannequin, we bloused it over, for it sit properly. Still works though. I love the bow detail on the skirt. Freshly laundered and in excellent condition. In a flat lay, the bust is 96cm, waist is 72cm, hips are 102cm and the length is 102cm with 12cm in the hem if you need to let it down.
