Smoked Black Pudding

This reimagines traditional Black Pudding as a jumbo sausage which is smoked on-site to create wonderful flavour and a new dimension of blood sausage. (Contains Pork, Gluten Free) Description 200g per sausage. 2 pieces per pack. Made and then smoked on-site. Simply bake, fry or grill until the core temperature reaches 75°C.
