The Londoner Sausage

The Londoner Sausage®™ was first developed by Franconian, especially for the British palate, 17 years ago. Pork, herbs and spices combine to create our signature sausage which we then elevate even further by Hot Smoking it in our specialised onsite facilities. (Contains Pork, Gluten Free) Description 100g per sausage (approx.) Available in pack of 5 or 10. Made and then smoked on-site. Pre-cooking them this way gives a longer shelf life and makes them easy to cook. Simply bake, fry or grill until the core temperature reaches 75°C.
