Tactile Push N/O Switch - Latching

A Tactile Push N/O (Normally Open) Latching Switch is a type of push-button switch that latches in the "on" position when pressed, and remains in that position until it is pressed again. The "N/O" designation means that the switch is normally open, which means that the electrical circuit is open (not complete) unless the switch is activated. The tactile feature of the switch provides a physical "click" sensation when the switch is activated, allowing the user to know when the switch has been activated. These switches are commonly used in a variety of electronic devices, such as consumer electronics, toys, and appliances.   This is a 'latching switch', which is a switch that maintains its state after being activated. A push-to-make, push-to-break switch would therefore be a latching switch - each time you actuate it, whichever state the switch is left in will persist until the switch is actuated again.
