18650 Mini Spot Welder DIY Set (12V)

The 12V 18650 Mini Lithium Spot Welder Set DIY is a convenient and portable spot welding machine that can be used to weld 18650, 26650, and 32650 lithium batteries. It offers several advantages, including being low-cost, reliable, and durable, making it suitable for DIY projects and small-scale battery welding tasks.   To use the spot welder, you need to provide a 12V battery power supply with a current greater than 100A. The working current of the circuit board is 100-200A, with the optimal current being around 150A for welding common 0.1mm ~ 0.15mm nickel plates. The spot welder has five gears to adjust the welding strength, with the 5th gear being the strongest.   Function Description: After powering on, press and hold the switch for 2 seconds to turn on the spot welder. There are four modes indicated by green light flashes: Level 1: Low power (1 flash) Level 2: Medium power (2 flashes) Level 3: High power (3 flashes) Level 4: Automatic mode (red light stays on) Press and hold the switch for 3 seconds to switch to a "beep" sound and finish. To turn off the spot welder, press and hold the switch until it powers down.   Usage Notes: Ensure that your battery has a current greater than 100A; otherwise, the spot welder will not work effectively. If you are unsure about your battery's condition, consider extending the wire by around 1 meter with 2.52 or 42 wire to reduce the risk of power tube damage.     Remember to handle spot welding equipment with caution and ensure that you have a proper understanding of the process and safety guidelines before using the DIY spot welder set.
